Amie Maurie Welch

Amie M. Welch 46 of Kalamazoo passed away Thursday January 5, 2023 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. Amie was born May 3, 1976 at Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Ed and Cheryl (Aukerman) Campbell. She ran an in-home daycare and enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, caring for children, US history, New Kids on the Block, and advocating for those on the Autism Spectrum.  On July 4, 2000 in Kalamazoo Amie was united in marriage to Joseph Welch who survives. Also surviving are four children, Meri-Cait (Austin) Farabaugh, Reibekah Welch, Cailey Welch, Joseph Welch II; two grandchildren, Grayson Welch, Jaxson Farabaugh; father, Ed Campbell; sister, and Katie (Josh) Eichler. She was preceded in death by her mother, Cheryl Campbell. Private family services will be held.
