Judith Ann Lumbard

Judith Ann Lumbard, 70, of Richland, passed away on August 4, 2025. Judith was born on November 17, 1954 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Julius and Donna (Ransome) Matyas. She retired from Upjohn/Pfizer where she was employed for over 30 years. She cherished time spent with her family and her grandchildren whom she adored beyond measure. She had a lifelong passion for horses, owning several throughout her life, and found joy in the world of collectibles and antiques. Judith is preceded in death by her parents, Julius and Donna Matyas, a brother, Timothy Matyas and a sister, Susan Matyas. Surviving are her four children: Noelle (Christopher) Grulke; Justine (Travis) Lumbard-Esman; Austin (Maria) Lumbard and Trevor (Mo Murray) Lumbard; six grandchildren: Holli, Colton, Kellyn, Audrey, Colter, and Makenna and her life partner and father of her children, Lester Lumbard. Private interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
