Justin P. Wilson

Justin Paul Wilson, 40 years old, of Kalamazoo, MI passed away unexpectedly at home on May 6, 2026.

Justin was born on February 27, 1986 in Kalamazoo, MI to Emily and David Wilson. Growing up, Justin had a deep passion for skateboarding. Justin loved spending time with his brother Michael and all of his cousins, aunts and uncles. He especially enjoyed spending time with his Granny (Superwoman). Justin loved to be outside as a kid and always getting into mischief. Justin enjoyed his trips to Florida with his Grandma and Grandpa Berry. After high school Justin went on to find his passion in working various types of blue collar work. In 2004, Justin met the love of his life Amanda. Soon after, Justin became a dedicated father. In his early 20s he found his love for motorcycles. He was a biker through and through and passed his love for riding down to his children. Justin loved fishing and being silly with his children. Justin was the life of the party no matter where he was.

Justin leaves to cherish his memories: his wife Amanda Wilson, his beloved children Haylie, Colleen and James Wilson. He is also survived by his father David Wilson, his grandparents George and Linda Berry, his brother Michael (Macy) Wilson, his Aunt Eve (David) Thompson, Aunt Merisa Uptgraft, and Aunt Tamara Uptgraft. A host of cousins, nieces, and nephews that he loved dearly and one great-niece that he was excited to meet.

Justin was preceded in death by his mother, Emily Wilson, his grandparents, Gary and Diane Uptgraft, and his cousin, Jessica Haas.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Justin's life at 12 Noon Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Adams-Redmond-Parchment Funeral Home, 2300 E. G Avenue, Parchment, MI 49004. There will be a luncheon to follow at the VFW Comstock Post located at 5990 E. Michigan Ave. Kalamazoo, MI 49048.
