Passed away on May 22, 2025 at Ascension Borgess Hospital after a brief illness. Sherry was born in Holland, MI the daughter of Harold and Mildred (Cole) Cramer. Sherry was a graduate of West Ottawa High School. Sherry enjoyed shopping at thrift stores and garage sales. She was a loving mother and grandmother who was slow to speak, quick to hear, understanding and patient. She was a great cook and loved to watch soap operas. She also liked to collect Southern Comfort Bottles. One of her favorite songs was the song “Sherry”. Her brother Lester used to play it for her when she was a child. She worked at Chris Craft for 25 years before her retirement. Sherry’s legacy will continue to inspire her children. She was their rock, and their everything. They are blessed with an abundance of cherished memories, and her unwavering love will forever be their guiding light. Sherry is finally free from pain. She loved all her children unconditionally and gave her best, even when faced with adversity. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Mildred Cramer; a sister, Dawn Kidder and a brother, Jack Cramer. Surviving are her four children: David Ziegler (Tara Albaugh); Teresa Guajardo; Sofia (Jack) Johnson and Angelina Guajardo Wellington; 9 grandchildren: Hailee Ziegler, Drew Ziegler, Tj Shepherd, Alexis Ziegler, Makayla Ziegler, Jack Johnson, Gage Johnson, Bentley Guajardo and Grant Guajardo; two brothers, Lester Cramer and Bradley (Teresa) Cramer and several nieces and nephews. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be announced and held at a later date. Memorial contributions in Sherry’s memory made be made directly to the family.
