Susan T. Fennell

Susan T. Fennell, 66, of Kalamazoo, formerly of Elkhart, Indiana, passed away Sunday, April 27, 2025 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, after a lengthy illness. Susan was born September 6, 1958 in Chicago, the daughter of Robert and Ruth (Cleveland) Fennell. She attended high school in Mishawaka and worked as an upholsterer with her sister, Laura.

Susan is survived by her son, Christopher Oler; three grandchildren; three sisters, Laura (Ted) Wilks of Bristol, IN, Judy Fennell of Mishawaka, IN, and Lee Carol Fennell of Pittsburgh, PA; four nieces, Heather, Jessica, Melissa and Crystal; four nephews, Justin, Jason, Jeremy and Aaron. She was preceded in death by her parents.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no public services at this time. For those who would like to make a contribution in Susan’s memory, they may be directed to the family to help with her final expenses.
